01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and x888 ("x888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the x888 online gaming platform accessible at x888.bz.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, valid contact details and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. x888 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately via live chat.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• One account per device/IP — accounts sharing a device or network connection from the same household may be subject to verification.
• Account sharing is prohibited — your account is for your personal use only and must not be used by any other person.
• Account selling or transfer is not permitted under any circumstances.

04 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on x888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x888 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. Supported methods and minimum/maximum deposit limits may be updated from time to time.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means.

x888 processes deposits promptly. In most cases, PKR deposits reflect in your account balance within minutes. Delays caused by payment providers or banking networks are outside x888's control. 05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time via the withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified payment channel registered to your account.

Before processing a withdrawal, x888 may require you to complete identity verification. This may involve submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other identity documentation. • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing.
• Active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

• x888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds.

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: only one active bonus can be held in your account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maximum bet rule: while a bonus is active, bets above the stated maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on x888 — including slots, fish games and bingo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Each game round is an independent event; past results have no influence on future outcomes whatsoever.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles in the x888 games library. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session or number of spins.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. A game round that has been initiated cannot be cancelled once the RNG has been triggered.

08 Prohibited Conduct

• Multiple accounts: registering more than one account per person, household, device or IP address to circumvent limits or claim bonuses multiple times.

• Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gaming. Any costs incurred by x888 as a result of a fraudulent chargeback may be recovered from the player.
• Automated play: using bots, scripts, software tools or any automated method to interact with x888 games or services.
• Collusion: working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
